About The Park Ward Village
The Park is a 41-story tower at the corner of Ward Avenue and Auahi Street with 545 condos, from studios to three bedrooms. Howard Hughes finished it in 2026 as the eighth residential tower in Ward Village.
The tower angles toward Victoria Ward Park, so many homes look across the lawn to the ocean. Shops and restaurants fill the ground floor, Whole Foods is a block away, and Ala Moana Beach Park is a short walk.

Tower homes on floors 9 to 41 have ceilings close to 9 feet, oak floors, their own air conditioning and a Juliet balcony off the living room.
